The main thing about choosing your wedding planner is knowing if you "click". You need to know if they have the same taste as you, the same vision for your day and whether you can work with them. You must be happy to put a lot of trust in their services. So before you decide if you want Lovely Events & Occasions to plan your wedding come and visit me and decide for yourself!!
I offer a free consultation to all prospective clients, where we can talk through your wedding ideas. I will listen to your thoughts, your likes and dislikes, and get a feel for what your day means to you. From here I will get a better vision of what you need help with, your personal tastes and how I can help you achieve your perfect day.
During the consultation I will put together some ideas going over everything we have discussed, and give you options depending on the level of involvement you want from me.

When only the Best Will do, consider hiring the Executive Wedding Planner, Heather Pasko. With lifes busy schedule, you may feel overwhelmed at the thought of taking on the task of planning a wedding. Many people need guidance on where to start, how to select the best vendors, how to create a budget (and stick to it), and how to turn your dream wedding into a reality. The Platinum package covers every detail from start to finish accomplishing the day of your dreams.
This package includes complimentary initial consultation, unlimited phone calls, emails, day-of-wedding coordination, vendor meetings, site selection and one-on-one monthly planning sessions.

This Package offers a wedding planning package with a professional bridal consultant from our team. This may be for the bride who does not need as much service or the number of planning sessions that the Executive Planning Package offers. Although, this Package is similar, it involves less meetings, making it more ideal for some clients.

The LEO Hour is ideal for the couple who want to plan their own wedding, but have some things they’re unsure about and would like some professional advice. Or maybe you’re a bride whose husband to be has lost interest (I know mine did when I was planning our wedding!) and you need an ‘outside’ point of view on something. You can use the ‘The LEO Hour’ for what ever you wish. Choose just one hour or several - the choice is yours.
We can discuss anything you like - wedding themes, budget planning, guest list, seating charts, go wedding dress shopping, cake tasting (this is my favourite!) look over menu ideas, choose flowers, write out invitations, look at venues – you name it, anything is possible. The LEO Hour has been designed to be as flexible as possible for the modern, busy couple - use it as you wish.

So being creative isn’t your strong point? Or maybe you are just stuck for design ideas to make your wedding day look totally fabulous? Let LEO Design & Tablescape Package help you add that individual touch to your day and make it a day to remember.
I will come up with mood boards, color ideas, themes and inspiration to create the right ambience for your day. These can work along side your existing plans, or be the starting point for your entire plans.
I will offer you a variety of design ideas - the possibilities are endless. Once we’'ve agreed on the chosen design and theme, I will put a plan together so that it is seen throughout your day, either subtly or in a more lavish fashion. I will then co-ordinate with your chosen suppliers to arrange how we implement the design and make it come to life. I can also be available for venue decor as well as design, both for the ceremony and the reception site. This can either be done the day before you wedding, or on the day itslef.

LEO to the Rescue
The wedding is nearly here, you only have a few weeks to go and things are beginning to get stressful. Maybe things are not coming together as you planned; maybe your vendors have let you down; maybe things just need pulling together; maybe the whole day needs a fresh pair of eyes to fine tune the details; or maybe you just don’t have time to deal with all the phone calls you keep getting or all the chasing you have to do.

This is not the time to be worrying about anything. You should be looking forward to being married and enjoying the lead up to your big day.
Let LEO come and rescue you! With LEO to the Rescue. This is for brides who have less than 3 months prior to the wedding. I will put together a check list of what still needs to be done and pull together an action plan to make sure that every area is covered, with date and time lines, so you, your wedding party and your vendors are all clear. I will work directly with everyone involved and co-ordinate anything else that still needs to be organised. If vendors have let you down, I will have backups; if your budget is out of control I will help get you back on track. If you’re just too busy to think about your wedding any more, don’t worry as I will think about it for you! I will be available to meet with you to discuss your needs, as well as offering full phone and email support.
This package also includes "day of" coordination.
