BELLY DANCING FOR BEGINNERS
Belly Dance Classes will introduce the student to belly dancing basics while providing a full-body workout. We will focus on body awareness, hip work, shimmies, body undulations and hand/arm techniques. Classes are designed to improve your health, body image, and creativity. Students will get a safe, thorough workout that will tone, balance and strengthen your body.
